Do you ship to all states in the U.S.?
We ship to all states but Georgia & Idaho.
Why don't you ship to Georgia and Idaho?
Current laws in these States don't allow us to ship there.
Are your products meant for microscopy or cultivation?
Although our products could be used for cultivation, we only sell them for microscopy & research purposes.
Do you provide growing advice or support?
We don not give any advice when it comes to the cultivation of psilocybin mushrooms. DO NOT contact us about cultivation, or your order will be cancelled.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process in 1-3 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. due to unforeseen circumstances, like natural disasters, bad weather, etc.. we never guarantee a delivery date.
Is shipping discreet?
We ship all packages discreetly, and there is no indication what is inside our boxes.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the nature of our products, certain items such as spores, live cultures, and perishable goods are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. You can read our full refund/return policy here:
What should I do if my syringe arrives damaged?
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We’ll arrange for a replacement.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships. It will include a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale options?

Is there a limit to how many syringes I can order?
You can purchase 1 syringe or 1000. There is no limit. :)
How should I store my psilocybin liquid culture syringe?

What is the shelf life of a psilocybin liquid culture syringe?
When stored properly in a refrigerator, they can last for 6 to 12 months. For maximum viability, we suggest you use them within 30 days of receipt.
